Shasa Group is founded by His Highness Awad Mohammad Sheikh Mujrin Al Makhtum in Dubai. It initially operated as a proprietorship, concentrating on land and liaison services.
1975
The company diversifies its operations and begins developing global business verticals, including expanding into the export-import business.
1980Shasa Group opens its first international office in the UK, primarily focusing on managing exports and imports.
1994Expanding further, the company establishes a presence in the USA, with a particular emphasis on technology investments across various companies.
1998Shasa Group expands into Ghana, venturing into the mining sector.
2003The company continues its global expansion by opening an office in Calgary, Canada.
